We are here to serve you, your patients, and the pet families of Flagler and surrounding Counties. We are open and ready to handle emergencies 7 days a week.
With a well-equipped, mobile unit, conveniently located at 124 Flagler Plaza Drive, we can provide your referred patients with urgent and emergency services including:
Magnets and small brochures on our ER services are available to you in bulk to distribute to your clients as needed. If you need additional supplies, please contact Hospital Manager, Tracy Yates, who will promptly replenish your supply.
Your hospital may wish to display a small sign, which we provide at no cost, on your front door advising clients arriving after hours of the location and telephone number of our hospitals. Not only do clients appreciate this, the Veterinary Medical Board requires providing such notice.

As an emergency and advanced care hospital, our role is to support you as the primary care veterinarian. This includes educating pet owners about the scope of services we provide (we do not offer routine or wellness care), reinforcing the importance of an ongoing relationship with their primary care veterinarian, and maintaining open, timely communication with your clinic regarding your patient’s visit.
We ask all clients to list their veterinarian on their pet’s intake form so we can promptly fax or email a detailed discharge summary.
Comprehensive medical records are maintained for every patient we see, and clients are always encouraged to follow up with their primary care veterinarian after discharge.
By working collaboratively with primary care practices, we help ensure continuity of care, clear communication, and the best possible outcomes for our shared patients.
