They took the time to examine Rocky carefully and explained everything clearly, which really helped us stay calm in a stressful situation. We took our Golden Retriever to the Animal Emergency Hospital (mobile unit) this evening as our regular vet could not see her for several days. We waited less than 10 minutes to be seen and the staff and vet were all VERY attentive and helpful! They quickly diagnosed Belle with a skin infection and provided the necessary medications. All of our questions were thoroughly answered and all charges were explained in detail. They also took the extra time to print out recommendations for canine eye specialists for an unrelated non-emergency condition.
